Technical Competency Center Tour

In May, we announced the creation of a centralized Technical Competency Center that would be located close to our corporate headquarters in Rock Hill, S.C. The Center and the Technical Support Group were created to tackle in-depth inquiries from customers, distributors and employees across the U.S. Staffed by industry experts—whose knowledge and expertise cover all aspects of compressor technology—the Center aligns technical support with product competencies as opposed to geographic regions.

The Technical Competency Center also houses the Remote Monitoring Center, which is the central hub for monitoring compressor systems at customers’ sites. Now, with the release of SmartLink data monitoring, customers and service technicians have 24/7 access to a web-based monitoring dashboard that alerts in real-time to compressor performance changes. This allows a service technician to address a maintenance issue before it results in downtime, ultimately saving customers money.

Take a tour of the Technical Competency Center by watching this video. While you’re at it, check out this video about the installation of SmartLink technology at the Stewart-Haas racing shop. And, contact us if you’d like to learn more about the Technical Competency Center or any of our newly released products.
