At the world-class Stewart-Haas Racing facility, you would expect to find NASCAR drivers Tony Stewart, Ryan Newman and Danica Patrick. But did you know that the facility also has three Atlas Copco compressors equipped with the latest advances in compressor monitoring?

SmartLink, Atlas Copco’s new compressor monitoring program, increases the connectivity between Atlas Copco and its customers with advanced, 24/7 data monitoring. When integrated with the Elektronikon controller, SmartLink gives customers and Atlas Copco service technicians access to a web-based monitoring dashboard that alerts in real-time to compressor performance changes. This allows a service technician to address a maintenance issue before it results in downtime, ultimately saving customers money.

The new SmartLink technology was recently installed at the Stewart-Haas racing shop and the following video gives you a peek inside the installation process and how the technology works in conjunction with Atlas Copco's recently opened technical support competency center.

SmartLink will be integrated into air production installations worldwide and the program will come standard on most oil-injected rotary screw compressors throughout 2013. Contact us to learn how you can benefit from adding SmartLink technology to your facility.
