Small on Space, Big on Delivery

It’s hard to improve on greatness. But that’s what we set out to do with the expansion of our GX 2-11 compressor range, which now includes the new 10 horsepower GX 7 EP. The compact design of the GX 7 EP delivers 29.2 CFM thanks to an oil-injected screw element, meaning applications for small industries and workshops will benefit from the small footprint and low-energy consumption without sacrificing on air delivery.

And because the GX 7 EP is designed with the cooling discharge on the top, it can easily fit directly into the workspace and can even fit in traditionally confined or wasted space, like in a corner or against a wall. Its low-noise emission means there’s a good chance it won’t be as noticeable as some of your loudest co-workers. The GX 7 EP is also available in floor- and tank-mounted versions and can include an optional integrated dryer, which saves additional space and installation costs.

The new GX 7 EP provides customers with two GX 7 options that cater to varying applications. The GX 7 EL is suited for applications that demand higher air flows for longer periods of time and includes the Atlas Copco Elektronikon® control system. Unfortunately, just like the mute button on your TV remote, there is little the GX 7 EP and Elektronikon can do about that noisy co-worker.
