We recently launched the AR series, a new line of two-stage reciprocating piston compressors that maximize durability and dependability. With a very compact design, the AR series provides you with an economical piston compressor option without compromising on the reliable delivery of compressed air.
The AR series is ideal for use in workshops, automotive body shops and other light industrial applications. Design variations provide additional flexibility and a variety of configurations that include horizontal or vertical tank mounts, a duplex horizontal tank mount, and a gas-driven tank mount. The block unit is available separately for OEM applications and can be combined with a choice of drivers.
The Atlas Copco AR series of air compressors feature a hybrid cast iron and aluminum design that delivers up to 7.5 horsepower; while the 10 horsepower design features a pump constructed entirely of cast iron.
The AR compressor series is produced at Atlas Copco’s manufacturing facility in Rock Hill, S.C. The compact design of the AR series, with a range of 5 to 20 horsepower, allows more economical operations that produce 15.3 to 70 ACFM at pressures of up to 175 psig. And every model comes complete with a two-year warranty.
