Compressed Thoughts: Technology

Technology has led to some remarkable improvements in our lives. We don’t ride horses to work. We don’t sling our dirty laundry against a rock in a river. And, smartphones allow us to carry in our pockets the same technology that NASA needed to control the Gemini space flights.

In addition to the improvements technology has ushered into our personal lives, it has also driven many great innovations in manufacturing. But we can stop here. New technological innovations are critically important as we all move to more sustainable operations driven by rising energy costs and regulation.
